An unexpectedly hard shot by Ricardinho Dantas in the 10th minute of play forced Club Sportivo Italiano's goalkeeper Reynaldo Stephen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. David Haitz made in the 11th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Leon Egun however managed to control. Ricardinho Dantas might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Reynaldo Stephen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ricardinho Dantas ran back to his position shaking his head. Reynaldo Stephen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricardinho Dantas in the 13th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Masao Koriotto in the 17th minute of play forced Colombo A.C.'s goalkeeper Ali Nejat Özertem to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 23 minutes of play, Colombo A.C.'s Ricardinho Dantas made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Reynaldo Stephen was left in no man's land by his defense there! 1-2 became the score in the 28th minute when Evelio Pes elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 33 minutes into the match, Ricardinho Dantas notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Club Sportivo Italiano's Reynaldo Stephen. Reynaldo Stephen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ricardinho Dantas kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Theo Hayles could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Ali Nejat Özertem made a huge save. 37 minutes into the game, Colombo A.C.'s Ricardinho Dantas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Reynaldo Stephen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. Reynaldo Stephen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ricardinho Dantas went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-5 was the resulting score. David Haitz made in the 45th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Colombo A.C.'s Giovani Mendes. 46 minutes into the match, Ricardinho Dantas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Reynaldo Stephen. Club Sportivo Italiano's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ricardinho Dantas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-6. After the first half Colombo A.C. were leading 1-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Ricardinho Dantas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Reynaldo Stephen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. 55 minutes into the match, Ricardinho Dantas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Reynaldo Stephen. Club Sportivo Italiano's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ricardinho Dantas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-7. After having played for 63 minutes, Ricardinho Dantas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Colombo A.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Ricardinho Dantas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Colombo A.C.'s Aitor Cintron was substituted for Ricardinho Dantas. In the 67th minute, Colombo A.C.'s Edu Correia seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Edu Correia the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Colombo A.C. protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Edu Correia had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Edu Correia kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Luisito Bikendi took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 68th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ali Nejat Özertem. Colombo A.C.'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Aitor Cintron sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Alan de Queiroz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Reynaldo Stephen made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Aitor Cintron sent off a good shot on target. Aitor Cintron recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Colombo A.C.'s Aitor Cintron slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Reynaldo Stephen. That made the score 1-8 after 86 minutes of play. Şehzade Faydalı sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Reynaldo Stephen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aitor Cintron went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-10 was the resulting score. Colombo A.C.'s players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
