In the 17th minute, Angel Paulin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Teo Bernaldo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Santiago Rios in the 18th minute. StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's Teo Bernaldo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raul Fresco in the 21st minute of play. Teo Bernaldo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gastres FC. Pascual Emenon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Teo Bernaldo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Teo Bernaldo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aurelio Baladi went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Sergio Florian made the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute, Raul Fresco left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gastres FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Sergio Florian hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. When Pascual Corderro fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's protests and gave Pascual Corderro a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Gastres FC booed when StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pascual Corderro didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 64th minute, Santiago Rios ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Teo Bernaldo was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. After a defensive mix-up in StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's zone, Pascual Emenon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Teo Bernaldo came out of the goal and Pascual Emenon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Teo Bernaldo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aurelio Baladi, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's Teo Bernaldo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aurelio Baladi in the 96th minute of play. When Gastres FC's Raul Fresco in the 97th minute got a chance for a shot 97th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's goalie prevented a goal.
