In the 9th minute, Vicente Marin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dalmacio Dubardo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The supporters of Real Academia Serengetti booed when Matheu City FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robinho Salgado didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carolo Gomez made in the 26th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Victor Salomon. A collision led to Matheu City FC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Victor Salomon hit a great ball. 31 minutes into the match, Matheu City FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gencay Bolat came free, but Celedonio Eguen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dalmacio Dubardo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vicente Marin in the 32nd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Minas Makris in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dalmacio Dubardo saved Real Academia Serengetti from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Minas Makris in the 36th minute of play forced Real Academia Serengetti's goalkeeper Dalmacio Dubardo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Real Academia Serengetti's attentive Isidro Incendio managed to snatch the ball when Carolo Gomez made a throw-in in the 37th minute of the game. Celedonio Eguen came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Real Academia Serengetti's Gencay Bolat. But to his dismay, Gencay Bolat quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gencay Bolat in the 42nd minute of play forced Matheu City FC's goalkeeper Celedonio Eguen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Real Academia Serengetti's Dalmacio Dubardo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robinho Salgado in the 44th minute of play. Real Academia Serengetti were awarded a corner in the 49th minute after Matheu City FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Isidro Incendio took the corner.

The wind increased when Minas Makris made the kick off in the second half. Dalmacio Dubardo made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Robinho Salgado sent off a good shot on target. Victor Salomon hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Gencay Bolat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celedonio Eguen having to interfere. In the 62nd minute of the game Eulalio Santio made a throw-in which Ruperto Serafo played forward. Minas Makris received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Dalmacio Dubardo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Celedonio Eguen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miguel Borja, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Dalmacio Dubardo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Minas Makris, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Matheu City FC booed when Real Academia Serengetti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isidro Incendio didn't get a good kick on the ball. A throw-in in the 84th minute of the game was made by Eulalio Santio with Anselmo Jenaro as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 92nd minute Real Academia Serengetti were awarded a corner. Isidro Incendio went to the cornerflag to take it. Carolo Gomez tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Celedonio Eguen. An unnecessary self made goal, 2-3 in the 92nd minute. Celedonio Eguen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miguel Borja, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Matheu City FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Matheu City FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
