Jonatan Asmundsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Júlio Pereira having to interfere. 5 minutes into the game, Anthon Eliasson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Júlio Pereira was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some careless play in the Seleção de Aleijados defense, Åke Fors kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Júlio Pereira. The Seleção de Aleijados fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Júlio Pereira should have stopped the shot. In the 10th match minute, Degerfors IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Henrik Nordlund to maneuver through the defense. In the 13th minute Åke Fors shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Júlio Pereira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 17th minute, Anthon Eliasson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Júlio Pereira was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. 22 minutes into the game, Degerfors IF's Åke Fors nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Júlio Pereira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. In the 25th minute, Åke Fors ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Júlio Pereira was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. Júlio Pereira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Åke Fors went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. In the 35th minute, Anthon Eliasson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Degerfors IF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. An unexpectedly hard shot by Åke Fors in the 38th minute of play forced Seleção de Aleijados's goalkeeper Júlio Pereira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Júlio Pereira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Åke Fors in the 42nd minute of the match. Júlio Pereira came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Degerfors IF's Henrik Nordlund. But to his dismay, Henrik Nordlund quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. In the 47th minute, Åke Fors got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Åke Fors stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Júlio Pereira made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Anthon Eliasson sent off a good shot on target. In the 52nd play minute Åke Fors came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Júlio Pereira. 0-9. With an all-out effort, Degerfors IF's Júlio Pereira threw himself towards the right post 59 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Åke Fors, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Júlio Pereira made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Leonard Christoffersson sent off a good shot on target. Åke Fors's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Júlio Pereira read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. 65 minutes into the game, Åke Fors cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-10. Júlio Pereira was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jonatan Asmundsson hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. 72 minutes into the game, Degerfors IF's Anthon Eliasson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Júlio Pereira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-11. Honorato Durães received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Sebastian Sandberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Júlio Pereira was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Selman Durkaya showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-12 in the 83 minute of play. If Fredrik Isak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 87 minutes into the match, Seleção de Aleijados's goalkeeper Júlio Pereira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Åke Fors. Anthon Eliasson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Degerfors IF played a much better game than Seleção de Aleijados and deserved their victory. The Seleção de Aleijados players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
