After taking down the ball on Strömsbro IF's corner Johannes Smitt fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Edgar Smuskiewicz quite easily take care of the ball. Hahay's Edgar Smuskiewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Börge Kristiansson in the 23rd minute of play. After 24 minutes, Gustaf Åström mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Strömsbro IF and the Hahay players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 24th minute, Gustaf Åström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ivar Albohm made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Korneliusz Weyna in the 25th minute of play. Ivar Albohm made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bernard Drugi in the 28th minute. Roger Jansson's late challenge caught a Hahay's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thomas Lövkvist in the 45th minute of play forced Hahay's goalkeeper Edgar Smuskiewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Strömsbro IF booed when Hahay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Boruc Radzyminski didn't get a good kick on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Hahay made a substitution. Marcin Lepucki replaced Przemyslaw Figlewski. The wind increased when David Nyman made the kick off in the second half. After 75 minutes, Daniel Noworolnik mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hahay and the Strömsbro IF players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 75 played minutes Hahay got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Noworolnik. After a defensive mix-up in Strömsbro IF's zone, Marek Kaider stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ivar Albohm came out of the goal and Marek Kaider tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 81 minutes into the match, Marek Kaider notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Strömsbro IF's Ivar Albohm. Ivar Albohm was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bernard Drugi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 90th minute, Daniel Noworolnik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
