Edgar Smuskiewicz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Borys Wawro in the 19th minute. Lukasz Podolski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. 46 minutes into the match, Borys Wawro dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Edgar Smuskiewicz, 1-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

Hahay's Marcin Lepucki was substituted for Przemyslaw Figlewski. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hieronim Dobilas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Hahay's Daniel Noworolnik slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Lukasz Podolski. That made the score 1-4 after 58 minutes of play. Lukasz Podolski came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Hahay's Bernard Drugi. But to his dismay, Bernard Drugi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. Hahay's Edgar Smuskiewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Borys Wawro in the 82nd minute of play. In the 83rd minute, Borys Wawro made a precise shot to the right of Edgar Smuskiewicz. Hahay's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-5. 86 minutes into the match, Hahay's goal looked a bit too open when Teofil Kuszczak came free, but Edgar Smuskiewicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 88 minutes into the game, Kwaski Sandomierz's Borys Wawro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edgar Smuskiewicz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-5. Lukasz Podolski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marek Kaider, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Hahay walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
