Túlio de Toledo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Borys Wawro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 56th minute Borys Wawro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Túlio de Toledo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hieronim Dobilas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Túlio de Toledo made a huge save. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kwaski Sandomierz's goalkeeper Lukasz Podolski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Borys Wawro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Túlio de Toledo made a huge save. Túlio de Toledo acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 76th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Korneliusz Arendarski. 77 minutes into the match, Teofil Kuszczak dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Túlio de Toledo, 2-2.
