Bayan Gugovski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Boğaçhan Arıkhan in the 14th minute of the match. After 18 minutes Eibar 09-12-18's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ediberto Sampaio who took care of the corner kick. Ediberto Sampaio made a great header on Merengue FC's corner, it was just that Eibar 09-12-18's Jeremiah Jesus managed to reach the ball for a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aquiles Urtsin in the 24th minute of play forced Eibar 09-12-18's goalkeeper Jeremiah Jesus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ediberto Sampaio got free with Jeremiah Jesus in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Merengue FC's Ediberto Sampaio slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jeremiah Jesus. That made the score 1-2 after 58 minutes of play. 61 minutes into the match, Eibar 09-12-18's goalkeeper Jeremiah Jesus had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ediberto Sampaio. In the 67th minute Anacleto Guillerme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bayan Gugovski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
