The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 7 minutes into the match, Sportivo Ben Hur's goal looked a bit too open when Serafin Criston came free, but Montrell Harrell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jorge Hagi got free with Fotis Seftelis in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Montrell Harrell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michal Randák, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 12th match minute, Sportivo Ben Hur was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cesar Hori to maneuver through the defense. Montrell Harrell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Serafin Criston in the 14th minute of play. If Primitivo Chaime had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Primitivo Chaime in the 19th minute of play forced C.A.P.J.'s goalkeeper Fotis Seftelis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Primitivo Chaime fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fotis Seftelis having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Primitivo Chaime got free with Fotis Seftelis in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With his leg Fotis Seftelis managed to avoid a goal in the 24thth minute, when Sportivo Ben Hur's Primitivo Chaime fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Délio Toledo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 27th minute Serafin Criston shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Montrell Harrell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sportivo Ben Hur were awarded a corner in the 31th minute after C.A.P.J.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Witalis Maruda took the corner. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Primitivo Chaime managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sportivo Ben Hur's supporters rose to their feet, but Primitivo Chaime was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fotis Seftelis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 34th match minute, C.A.P.J. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marciano Xabier to maneuver through the defense. Fotis Seftelis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jorge Hagi in the 35th minute of the match. Jorge Hagi's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 37thth minute, Fotis Seftelis skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Primitivo Chaime kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Fotis Seftelis. That made the score 1-0 in the 41 minute of play. Serafin Criston hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jorge Hagi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 50th minute, Primitivo Chaime left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sportivo Ben Hur fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Sportivo Ben Hur's Montrell Harrell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Serafin Criston in the 55th minute of play. 56 minutes into the match, Sportivo Ben Hur's goal looked a bit too open when Michal Randák came free, but Montrell Harrell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Sportivo Ben Hur fans cheered their team off the field, for while C.A.P.J. had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
