C.A.P.J.'s Ezequiel Pernambucano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dan Saville in the 4th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eliseo Cresenciano in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Frank Pearce saved Manchester City from getting behind. After 7 minutes Manchester City's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Michal Randák who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on C.A.P.J.'s corner Michal Randák fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Frank Pearce quite easily take care of the ball. 17 minutes into the match, Stanislaw Karaszkiewicz notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Manchester City's Frank Pearce. Frank Pearce was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ezequiel Pernambucano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bartlomiej Niedzwiecki, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Manchester City were awarded a corner in the 21th minute after C.A.P.J.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Geoffrey De Bougne took the corner. Geoffrey De Bougne made a great header on Manchester City's corner, it was just that C.A.P.J.'s Ezequiel Pernambucano managed to reach the ball for a save. After having played for 22 minutes, Bartlomiej Niedzwiecki managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Manchester City's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bartlomiej Niedzwiecki was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bartlomiej Niedzwiecki's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 33rdth minute, Ezequiel Pernambucano skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stanislaw Karaszkiewicz in the 35th minute of play forced Manchester City's goalkeeper Frank Pearce to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Stanislaw Karaszkiewicz to make the kick off. The supporters of C.A.P.J. booed when Manchester City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elliot Colvin didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 51st minute of the match Michal Randák sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Frank Pearce skillfully saved the ball. Eliseo Cresenciano scored 0-3 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Frank Pearce, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Manchester City's Tommy Bedford was substituted for Dan Saville. Peter Avery hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Frank Pearce made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Arnoldo Iratxo sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anthony Carey in the 77th minute of play forced C.A.P.J.'s goalkeeper Ezequiel Pernambucano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 79 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Anthony Carey sped through C.A.P.J.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ezequiel Pernambucano. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Anthony Carey in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ezequiel Pernambucano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseo Cresenciano in the 85th minute of play forced Manchester City's goalkeeper Frank Pearce to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 87 minutes into the match, Manchester City's goal looked a bit too open when Stanislaw Karaszkiewicz came free, but Frank Pearce reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Anthony Carey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ezequiel Pernambucano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anthony Carey in the 90th minute of play. C.A.P.J.'s supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
