Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Scotland's Zac O'Donnell started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Lorenzo Hagenbuch had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ashton Nelson charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ashton Nelson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ashton Nelson kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Alexander Higgins made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Lorenzo Hagenbuch sent off a good shot on target. 11 minutes into the match, Scotland's goal looked a bit too open when Anselmo Siqueira came free, but Alexander Higgins reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lorenzo Hagenbuch's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 12thth minute, Alexander Higgins skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Alexander Higgins made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anselmo Siqueira in the 14th minute of play. After 14 played minutes Scotland got a freekick which was hit by Zac O'Donnell. Alexander Higgins didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lorenzo Hagenbuch went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. 18 minutes into the match, Lorenzo Hagenbuch dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Alexander Higgins, 2-0. 24 minutes into the match, Scotland's goalkeeper Alexander Higgins had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marc Berthod. Pavel Ghițescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Alexander Higgins tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 30th match minute, Scotland was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ashton Nelson to maneuver through the defense. Lorenzo Hagenbuch who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 32ndth minute tested the skills of Alexander Higgins when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 33rd minute, Pavel Ghițescu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alexander Higgins was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. A hard shot 36 in the game by Lorenzo Hagenbuch from a close distance when the talented Alexander Higgins managed to make a qualified save. Scotland's players were relieved. Lorenzo Hagenbuch did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 5-0 to the left of a surprised Alexander Higgins 39 minutes into the match. After 43 minutes of play, FC Thierachern's Lorenzo Hagenbuch made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alexander Higgins was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alexander Higgins was a little too slow when Pavel Ghițescu got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 46th minute. The score was now 7-0.

FC Thierachern's Pablo-Ranieri De la Barra was substituted for Gabriel Peter. The wind increased when Lorenzo Hagenbuch made the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Scotland defense, Anselmo Siqueira kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alexander Higgins. The Scotland fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alexander Higgins should have stopped the shot. Amado Makaus took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alexander Higgins. Alexander Higgins dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 10-0. In the 68th minute Lorenzo Hagenbuch shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexander Higgins saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 69 minutes into the game, FC Thierachern's Amado Makaus nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alexander Higgins made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 11-0. Alexander Higgins came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by FC Thierachern's Lorenzo Hagenbuch. But to his dismay, Lorenzo Hagenbuch quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 12-0. Alexander Higgins showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anselmo Siqueira, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zac O'Donnell during the 77th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Scotland's Zac O'Donnell got a free kick in the 77th minute. FC Thierachern made a substitution. Geoffrey Kreyenbühl replaced Marc Berthod. In the 78th minute, Jaxson Russell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lorenzo Hagenbuch scored 13-0 in the 81st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alexander Higgins, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 85th minute, Lorenzo Hagenbuch ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alexander Higgins was frozen by the shot and now it was 14-0. In the 88th minute, Pablo-Ranieri De la Barra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 90th minute Geoffrey Kreyenbühl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexander Higgins saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 91st minute, Lorenzo Hagenbuch left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Thierachern fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 15-0. Alexander Higgins came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Thierachern's Pavel Ghițescu. But to his dismay, Pavel Ghițescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 16-0. There was no doubt that FC Thierachern were the better team. FC Thierachern's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
