Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Vitinho Montenegro got the match started through his kick off. After 5 played minutes Oranil got a freekick which was hit by Hílton Cosme. Oranil's Juan Velloso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vitinho Montenegro in the 6th minute of play. Juan Velloso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vitinho Montenegro in the 8th minute of play. Vitinho Montenegro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vitinho Montenegro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan Velloso having to interfere. In the 20th minute, Vitinho Montenegro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Pedrão Azevedo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mota 2017's supporters rose to their feet, but Pedrão Azevedo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Juan Velloso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 25 played minutes Oranil got a freekick which was hit by Sérgio Freire. Mota 2017's Gonçalo Guimarães played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sérgio Freire in the 29th minute of play. When Mota 2017's Vitinho Montenegro in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Oranil's goalie prevented a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Vitinho Montenegro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mota 2017's supporters rose to their feet, but Vitinho Montenegro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Juan Velloso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 42nd minute, Vitinho Montenegro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 44th minute, Danilo Baiano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Fred Alvarenga kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Gonçalo Guimarães showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hílton Cosme, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Oranil's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Hílton Cosme in the 56th minute. In the 57th minute Vitinho Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Velloso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vitinho Montenegro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Sílvio Bueno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gonçalo Guimarães took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmílson Catarinense, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vitinho Montenegro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Juan Velloso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pedrão Azevedo during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 72nd match minute, Mota 2017 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedrão Azevedo to maneuver through the defense. An unexpected shot in the 77th minute by Sílvio Bueno got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. When the match had been going on for 81 minutes, Mota 2017's Fred Alvarenga got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Juan Velloso. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Sílvio Bueno managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mota 2017's supporters rose to their feet, but Sílvio Bueno was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Juan Velloso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Juan Velloso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vitinho Montenegro in the 87th minute of play. Vitinho Montenegro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vitinho Montenegro in the 91st minute of play forced Oranil's goalkeeper Juan Velloso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 93rd minute, Genaro Calisto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Vitinho Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mota 2017 played a much better game than Oranil and deserved their victory. The Oranil players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
