Mario Radius came out of the goal and Flavinho Queirós tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of A. A. SAQUAREMA booed when Aracatiara EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Toninho Tepedino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mario Radius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fábio Salgado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Aracatiara EC's Matías Valle got a free kick in the 9th minute. Mario Radius was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 21st match minute, Aracatiara EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luiz Fernando da Silveira to maneuver through the defense. 23 minutes into the game, Bobbo á Neystabø cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Mario Radius breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 36 minutes into the match, Aracatiara EC's goal looked a bit too open when Bobbo á Neystabø came free, but Mario Radius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mario Radius was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mario Radius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yuri Trevisan, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. In the 46th minute, Felippe Botelho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mario Radius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bobbo á Neystabø in the 47th minute of play. After the first half A. A. SAQUAREMA were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bobbo á Neystabø to make the kick off. Aracatiara EC's Mario Radius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bobbo á Neystabø in the 51st minute of play. Bobbo á Neystabø recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 54 minutes into the match, Bobbo á Neystabø dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Mario Radius, 0-5. Mario Radius didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bobbo á Neystabø went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. Mario Radius made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Bobbo á Neystabø sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Aracatiara EC's Mario Radius got control of the ball when Bobbo á Neystabø tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bobbo á Neystabø ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on A. A. SAQUAREMA's corner Bobbo á Neystabø fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Mario Radius quite easily take care of the ball. If Flavinho Queirós had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yuri Trevisan might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mario Radius. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Yuri Trevisan ran back to his position shaking his head. When Matías Valle fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Aracatiara EC's protests and gave Matías Valle a yellow card for diving instead. Matías Valle hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Aracatiara EC's Doriva Paraense got a free kick in the 89th minute. Bobbo á Neystabø was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 89th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Mario Radius didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bobbo á Neystabø went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-8 was the resulting score.
