When Luiz Fernando da Silveira came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Aracatiara EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luiz Fernando da Silveira couldn't finish the play. Matías Valle hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. In the 20th minute, Giovani Carioca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Saul Romano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 25 minutes into the match, Aracatiara EC's goal looked a bit too open when Saul Romano came free, but Mario Radius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Matias Mon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricardinho Vander in the 28th minute of play. Segundo Tulio charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Segundo Tulio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Segundo Tulio kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. When Amílton Botelho came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Aracatiara EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amílton Botelho couldn't finish the play. 32 minutes into the game, Salvador Luzea was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Arsenal's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Aracatiara EC the free kick. Salvador Luzea kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. After having played for 33 minutes, Ricardinho Vander managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aracatiara EC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ricardinho Vander was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Teodoro Belarmo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Mario Radius firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 38th match minute, Arsenal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcelo Gorosti to maneuver through the defense. Amílton Botelho took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Matias Mon. Matias Mon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Giovani Carioca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Matias Mon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Amílton Botelho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.
An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodoro Belarmo in the 51st minute of play forced Aracatiara EC's goalkeeper Mario Radius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 54 played minutes Arsenal got a freekick which was hit by Saul Romano. In the 56th minute Teodoro Belarmo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mario Radius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Matias Mon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amílton Botelho in the 61st minute of play. A collision led to Aracatiara EC getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. The supporters of Aracatiara EC booed when Arsenal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iker Telesforo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Arsenal defense, Ricardinho Vander kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Matias Mon. The Arsenal fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Matias Mon should have stopped the shot. When Luiz Fernando da Silveira came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Aracatiara EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luiz Fernando da Silveira couldn't finish the play. In the 77th minute, Luiz Fernando da Silveira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Aracatiara EC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. 90 minutes into the match, Aracatiara EC's goal looked a bit too open when Teodoro Belarmo came free, but Mario Radius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Arsenal supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Aracatiara EC's performance. The match ended with a win for Aracatiara EC.
