Kauã Torres hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. The long shot by Toninho Tepedino in the 11th minute really tested Gonçalo Guimarães's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 13th minute Vitinho Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mario Radius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mario Radius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vitinho Montenegro in the 19th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Vitinho Montenegro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mario Radius was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. Mota 2017 were awarded a corner in the 22th minute after Aracatiara EC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Fred Alvarenga took the corner. Cauan de Medeiros was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Vitinho Montenegro might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mario Radius. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vitinho Montenegro ran back to his position shaking his head. Mario Radius showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vitinho Montenegro in the 26th minute of the match. 31 minutes into the match, Mota 2017's goal looked a bit too open when Giovani Carioca came free, but Gonçalo Guimarães reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vitinho Montenegro in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mario Radius prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Aracatiara EC's Mario Radius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kauã Torres in the 37th minute of play. 41 minutes into the match, Aracatiara EC's goal looked a bit too open when Kauã Torres came free, but Mario Radius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mota 2017 were awarded a corner in the 42th minute after Aracatiara EC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Fred Alvarenga took the corner. Mario Radius showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vitinho Montenegro in the 44th minute of the match. Vitinho Montenegro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vitinho Montenegro made a kick off. After 56 minutes of play, Aracatiara EC's Luiz Fernando da Silveira made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gonçalo Guimarães was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gonçalo Guimarães showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ricardinho Vander, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. 60 minutes into the match, Mota 2017's goal looked a bit too open when Luiz Fernando da Silveira came free, but Gonçalo Guimarães reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mario Radius stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vitinho Montenegro's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. Mario Radius didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vitinho Montenegro went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Mota 2017's Vitinho Montenegro got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fred Alvarenga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vitinho Montenegro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mario Radius having to interfere. Genaro Calisto struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Mario Radius didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mota 2017.
