In the 3rd minute, Barnaba Kilarski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Matias Mon was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After a rather tough play, JS 22's Alonzo Fernandes got a free kick in the 7th minute. The long shot by Victorio Mino in the 8th minute really tested Robert Steffens's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Teodoro Belarmo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robert Steffens having to interfere. In the 14th minute Saul Romano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robert Steffens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 14th minute, JS 22's Alonzo Fernandes seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Alonzo Fernandes the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of JS 22 protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Alonzo Fernandes had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 13 minutes into the game, one of JS 22:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 16 minutes, Arsenal's Victorio Mino got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Robert Steffens. Barnaba Kilarski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arsenal's Matias Mon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adilson Tepedino in the 21st minute of play. In the 23rd minute, Adilson Tepedino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Matias Mon was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. In the 26th minute Tom Walton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matias Mon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 29 minutes of play, JS 22's Barnaba Kilarski made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Matias Mon was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 34th minute, Barnaba Kilarski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Matias Mon was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. 37 minutes into the game, JS 22's Adilson Tepedino nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Matias Mon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-5. 45 minutes into the match, Arsenal's goal looked a bit too open when Constantino Salomon came free, but Matias Mon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 47th match minute, Arsenal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcelino Farias to maneuver through the defense. Disappointed in the 1-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Teodoro Belarmo made a kick off. In the 53rd minute, Adilson Tepedino reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Matias Mon. The goal made the score 1-6. After recieving a nice pass, JS 22's Arnulfo Tancredo tried to score from far away in the 58th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Matias Mon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tom Walton in the 60th minute of play. Adilson Tepedino received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Matias Mon came out and tried to block the shot, but Adilson Tepedino slotted it home off the left post making it 1-7 in the 61st minute. Adilson Tepedino took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Matias Mon. Matias Mon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-9. Barnaba Kilarski hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Matias Mon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tom Walton went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-10 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Arsenal's zone, Tom Walton stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Matias Mon came out of the goal and Tom Walton tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Matias Mon was a little too slow when Tom Walton got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 87th minute. The score was now 1-13. 90 minutes into the match, Adilson Tepedino notched a goal, 1-14, to the right of Arsenal's Matias Mon. Matias Mon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Matias Mon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Barnaba Kilarski in the 95th minute of the match. 96 minutes into the match, Arsenal's goal looked a bit too open when Adilson Tepedino came free, but Matias Mon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match was over JS 22 could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Arsenal throughout the match.
