In the 8thth minute of the game Bobbo á Neystabø who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sarı kaya FK's Furkan Gurbet was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Cauan Gaúcho fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored A. A. SAQUAREMA's protests and gave Cauan Gaúcho a yellow card for diving instead. In the 17th minute, Cauan Gaúcho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sarı kaya FK's Ahmet Ozan Şendoğan got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Furkan Gurbet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bobbo á Neystabø in the 20th minute of play. Dursun Yasin's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but César Vergílio firmly grabbed it by the left post. 28 minutes into the match, Dursun Yasin notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of A. A. SAQUAREMA's César Vergílio. César Vergílio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to A. A. SAQUAREMA getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Cauan Gaúcho hit a great ball. 41 minutes into the game, A. A. SAQUAREMA's Yuri Trevisan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Furkan Gurbet made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 45th match minute, A. A. SAQUAREMA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Túlio Laguna to maneuver through the defense. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bobbo á Neystabø made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dursun Yasin in the 52nd minute of play forced A. A. SAQUAREMA's goalkeeper César Vergílio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 54th minute, A. A. SAQUAREMA's Bobbo á Neystabø dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. Yuri Trevisan hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. In the 57th minute, Vecdi Oruz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the A. A. SAQUAREMA defense, Dursun Yasin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of César Vergílio. The A. A. SAQUAREMA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that César Vergílio should have stopped the shot. When Seyfi İpekli came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Sarı kaya FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Seyfi İpekli couldn't finish the play. Agnaldo Mendes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Bobbo á Neystabø had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind A. A. SAQUAREMA's goalkeeper César Vergílio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
