The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A. SAQUAREMA's César Vergílio. César Vergílio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 12th minute, Bobbo á Neystabø ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anibal Egoitz was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. A collision led to El Retorno de Palermo getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Julian Afonso hit a great ball. If Bobbo á Neystabø had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Yuri Trevisan kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Anibal Egoitz. That made the score 3-1 in the 39 minute of play. Anibal Egoitz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bobbo á Neystabø went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yuri Trevisan in the 46th minute of play forced El Retorno de Palermo's goalkeeper Anibal Egoitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Julian Afonso fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored El Retorno de Palermo's protests and gave Julian Afonso a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, El Retorno de Palermo's Julian Afonso got a free kick in the 46th minute. In the 47th minute, Ronaldinho Macedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Danilo Milian made a kick off. El Retorno de Palermo's Anibal Egoitz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bobbo á Neystabø in the 53rd minute of play. 54 minutes into the game, Yuri Trevisan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Anibal Egoitz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yuri Trevisan in the 61st minute of play forced El Retorno de Palermo's goalkeeper Anibal Egoitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 61 minutes into the match, El Retorno de Palermo's goal looked a bit too open when Yuri Trevisan came free, but Anibal Egoitz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. César Vergílio made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Vicente Bakar sent off a good shot on target. Anibal Egoitz came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by A. A. SAQUAREMA's Bobbo á Neystabø. But to his dismay, Bobbo á Neystabø quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1. Angelino Bernard took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised César Vergílio. César Vergílio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-2. 72 minutes into the match, Bobbo á Neystabø had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Anibal Egoitz. El Retorno de Palermo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bobbo á Neystabø was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-2. Julian Afonso kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 78th minute of the game. One of El Retorno de Palermo:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of A. A. SAQUAREMA:s goal. In the 85th minute, Bobbo á Neystabø left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The A. A. SAQUAREMA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-2. Danilo Milian kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. In the 97th minute, Bobbo á Neystabø ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anibal Egoitz was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-2.
