Ionică Mihaiu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Emilian Crușeveanu hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. After 10 played minutes, Passa o Tanque MZ's Carlinhos Carvalho shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ionică Mihaiu came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Passa o Tanque MZ reached it. After 11 played minutes Passa o Tanque MZ got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Fernando de Salles. In the 12th minute of the match Nae Morar shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Flavinho Alvarenga showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. bullfinches's Ionică Mihaiu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dedê Koehler in the 15th minute of play. In the 18th minute, Passa o Tanque MZ's Túlio Godoi ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ionică Mihaiu. Ionică Mihaiu yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. In the 22nd minute Mugurel Nisporeanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavinho Alvarenga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. bullfinches's Ionică Mihaiu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save bullfinches from getting a goal against them. Passa o Tanque MZ's Flavinho Alvarenga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Liviu Zubaşcu in the 28th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Passa o Tanque MZ's André Luís Leite got a free kick in the 30th minute. Flavinho Alvarenga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ferdinand Luca in the 32nd minute of the match. Flavinho Alvarenga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mugurel Nisporeanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 35th minute, Nae Morar made a precise shot to the right of Flavinho Alvarenga. Passa o Tanque MZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Genílson França got free with Ionică Mihaiu in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Túlio Godoi in the 42nd minute of play forced bullfinches's goalkeeper Ionică Mihaiu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ionică Mihaiu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dedê Koehler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 45th minute, Passa o Tanque MZ's Dedê Koehler dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

A collision led to Passa o Tanque MZ getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Genílson Marquez hit a great ball. In the 53rdth minute of the game Genílson França who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but bullfinches's Ionică Mihaiu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With 58 minutes on the clock, Genílson Marquez commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 58 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Passa o Tanque MZ! Passa o Tanque MZ:s Flavinho Alvarenga showed great skill when he stopped Nae Morar:s penalty. After 62 minutes, Mugurel Nisporeanu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the bullfinches and the Passa o Tanque MZ players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 62nd minute, Mugurel Nisporeanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ionică Mihaiu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Genílson França went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. Dedê Koehler took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ionică Mihaiu. Ionică Mihaiu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. Mugurel Nisporeanu kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. In the 75th minute Genílson França shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ionică Mihaiu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, bullfinches's Ferdinand Luca got a free kick in the 77th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as bullfinches's Ferdinand Luca slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Flavinho Alvarenga. That made the score 5-2 after 80 minutes of play. In the 83rd minute, Genílson França left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Passa o Tanque MZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-2. 86 minutes into the match, Passa o Tanque MZ's goalkeeper Flavinho Alvarenga had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ferdinand Luca. After some careless play in the Passa o Tanque MZ defense, Nae Morar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Flavinho Alvarenga. The Passa o Tanque MZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Flavinho Alvarenga should have stopped the shot. After 92 minutes of play bullfinches's Mugurel Nisporeanu was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Mugurel Nisporeanu hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. If Genílson França had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Liviu Zubaşcu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flavinho Alvarenga having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Passa o Tanque MZ fans cheered their team off the field, for while bullfinches had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
