Isaac Prutton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roger Couto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benji Corby in the 12th minute of play forced Mota 2017's goalkeeper Torgeir Phan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 15th minute Roger Couto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isaac Prutton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Mota 2017 defense, Sean Hollingsworth kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Torgeir Phan. The Mota 2017 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Torgeir Phan should have stopped the shot. Isaac Prutton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roger Couto in the 24th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roger Couto in the 29th minute of play forced Dorking United FC's goalkeeper Isaac Prutton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benji Corby recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 35th minute, Brett Dingle hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nilmar Martins hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Benji Corby sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mota 2017 were awarded a corner in the 42th minute after Dorking United FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Léo Lopes took the corner. Mota 2017's Léo Lopes was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Isaac Prutton in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 44 minutes into the match, Sean Hollingsworth notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Mota 2017's Torgeir Phan. Torgeir Phan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

The wind increased when Roger Couto made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Dorking United FC's zone, Sebastião Nascimento stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isaac Prutton came out of the goal and Sebastião Nascimento tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 58 minutes into the match, Mota 2017's goalkeeper Torgeir Phan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benji Corby. Torgeir Phan stood somewhat misplaced when Sean Hollingsworth came free in front of goal and shot 0-3 to the left of him in the 59 minute. In the 61st minute Noel Whittaker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Torgeir Phan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 64 minutes into the match, Dorking United FC's goal looked a bit too open when Roger Couto came free, but Isaac Prutton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 65th minute, Sean Hollingsworth made a precise shot to the right of Torgeir Phan. Mota 2017's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Dorking United FC made a substitution. Jools Stamp replaced Benji Corby. Isaac Prutton stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Roger Couto's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Noel Whittaker kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Torgeir Phan. That made the score 0-5 in the 73 minute of play. 76 minutes into the match, Mota 2017's goal looked a bit too open when Brett Dingle came free, but Torgeir Phan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Torgeir Phan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brett Dingle in the 76th minute of the match. Roger Couto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isaac Prutton having to interfere. In the 83rd minute Sebastião Nascimento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isaac Prutton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mota 2017's Torgeir Phan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Noel Whittaker in the 85th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Roger Couto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Isaac Prutton was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. The attack was good, but when Roger Couto in the 86th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. In the 89th minute, Roger Couto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Isaac Prutton was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-5. Maicon Fonseca took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 92nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Isaac Prutton. Dorking United FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.
