Lisa Simpson kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. 35 minutes into the match, Hélder Simão dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Tony Terra, 1-0. 42 minutes into the game, Vinnie Paul was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ogro F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Santos da Bahia Fc the free kick. After 42 played minutes Ogro F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Vinnie Paul. Chris Slade made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernandão Penha in the 44th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bala Mole made a kick off. Ogro F.C.'s Sandro Domingues got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 56th minute, Santos da Bahia Fc's Lisa Simpson ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Chris Slade. Chris Slade yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. 64 minutes into the match, Santos da Bahia Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Hélder Simão came free, but Tony Terra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cauan Gonçalves kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Santos da Bahia Fc's Tony Terra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by João Carlos Pitta in the 68th minute of play. Tony Terra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hélder Simão, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 72 minutes, Bala Mole took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Chris Slade to make any attempt to save it.
