Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Wrexham's Paşa Ba started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Paulin Olmos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Toni Mauzer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 5th minute of the match Oliverio Grados sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ilija Skugor skillfully saved the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Paşa Ba got free with Ilija Skugor in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Toni Mauzer struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Paulin Olmos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Croatia. Ilija Skugor made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Toma Ba sent off a good shot on target. Croatia's Ilija Skugor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Samuel Ojero in the 20th minute of play. In the 22nd minute, Oliverio Grados hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 30th minute, Croatia's Patrik Terzic seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Patrik Terzic the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Croatia protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Patrik Terzic had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The audience held their breath when Feo Araña in the 32nd minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Ilija Skugor's left hand side. Samuel Ojero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ilija Skugor having to interfere. Ilija Skugor didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Wrexham's Tiro Ba shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-0 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 47th minute, Dinko Stankovic got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.
Paulin Olmos was out of position in the 52 minute of play, and Dinko Stankovic capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Dinko Stankovic really showed his touch with that goal: 3-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tiro Ba in the 55th minute of play forced Croatia's goalkeeper Ilija Skugor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paulin Olmos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dinko Stankovic in the 57th minute. 60 minutes into the game, Wrexham's Paşa Ba nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ilija Skugor made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. Silvije Santek hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. After 65 minutes, Neven Culina mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Croatia and the Wrexham players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 65 played minutes Croatia got a freekick which was hit by Neven Culina. In the 66th minute, Paşa Ba made a precise shot to the right of Ilija Skugor. Croatia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. After 69 played minutes Wrexham got a freekick which was hit by Oliverio Grados. In the 71st minute, Tiro Ba made a precise shot to the right of Ilija Skugor. Croatia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-1. After having played for 75 minutes, Dinko Stankovic managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal.
