The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Älta BK's Lucas Rolfsson got a good chance for a goal in the 2nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hilário Lopes made in the 6th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Cláudio Albuquerque immediately put the ball in play. Lucas Rolfsson didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 1-0 via right post in the game's 7th minute. Älta BK's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! 10 minutes into the match, Lucas Rolfsson dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Rui Varanda, 2-0. In the 13th minute, Albérico Ferrão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in SANFINS VLP's zone, Rareș Nicola stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rui Varanda came out of the goal and Rareș Nicola tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 16 minutes of play, Älta BK's Lucas Rolfsson made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rui Varanda was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 20 played minutes SANFINS VLP got a freekick which was hit by Baltasar Gueifão. Lucas Rolfsson scored 4-0 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rui Varanda, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Lucas Rolfsson might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rui Varanda. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lucas Rolfsson ran back to his position shaking his head. Lucas Rolfsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Rui Varanda made a huge save. Lucas Rolfsson in the 29thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Rui Varanda, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Rui Varanda made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Lucas Rolfsson sent off a good shot on target. In the 31st minute, Honorato Júdice hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rui Varanda was a little too slow when Lucas Rolfsson got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 35th minute. The score was now 5-0. Tayyip Talha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Rui Varanda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rui Varanda made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lucas Rolfsson in the 47th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

Älta BK's Björn van der Doelen got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 53 minutes of play, Älta BK's Lucas Rolfsson made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rui Varanda was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Älta BK getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. André Ooijer hit a great ball. Älta BK's Jan Vennegoor Of Hesselink was substituted for Lucas Rolfsson. Älta BK made a substitution. Javier Turi replaced Björn van der Doelen. After a rather tough play, Älta BK's André Ooijer got a free kick in the 57th minute. After 58 played minutes, SANFINS VLP's Cláudio Albuquerque shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Mosinho Mos came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in SANFINS VLP reached it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lukas Falkrans in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rui Varanda saved SANFINS VLP from getting behind. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind SANFINS VLP's goalkeeper Rui Varanda, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Lukas Falkrans took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rui Varanda. Rui Varanda dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. If Rareș Nicola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Rui Varanda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lukas Falkrans, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. When Älta BK's Lukas Falkrans in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SANFINS VLP's goalie prevented a goal. After 70th play minutes Javier Turi shot 8-0, a short shot which went by Rui Varanda and just under the crossbar into goal. 73 minutes into the match, Lukas Falkrans notched a goal, 9-0, to the right of SANFINS VLP's Rui Varanda. Rui Varanda was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Rui Varanda didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jan Vennegoor Of Hesselink went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 10-0 was the resulting score. In the 78th match minute, SANFINS VLP was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cláudio Albuquerque to maneuver through the defense. Rui Varanda stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lukas Falkrans's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. 81 minutes into the game, Jan Vennegoor Of Hesselink cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 11-0. Rui Varanda was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 85th minute Lukas Falkrans shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rui Varanda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Javier Turi in the 86th minute of play forced SANFINS VLP's goalkeeper Rui Varanda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Javier Turi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rui Varanda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lukas Falkrans, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 95 minutes into the match, Lukas Falkrans had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rui Varanda. SANFINS VLP's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lukas Falkrans was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 12-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Älta BK had played much better football throughout.
