Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) After a rather tough play, Vae Victis!!'s Vitório Pimenta got a free kick in the 3rd minute. When the match had gone on for 5 minutes, Niklas Sjöö put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Tiago Gabriel Cabral. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lauro Sarmento in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eric Tinglöv saved Runa United from getting behind. After 10 minutes, Lauro Sarmento made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Runa United's Eric Tinglöv tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Tiago Gabriel Cabral took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Niklas Sjöö, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dorian Neto got free with Eric Tinglöv in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Runa United getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Aleksander Vassenius hit a great ball. Niklas Sjöö received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Tiago Gabriel Cabral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Niklas Sjöö in the 42nd minute of play forced Vae Victis!!'s goalkeeper Tiago Gabriel Cabral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 45th minute, Vitório Pimenta ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eric Tinglöv was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Eric Tinglöv made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lauro Sarmento in the 48th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jens Nordström stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Lauro Sarmento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After having played for 55 minutes, Niklas Sjöö managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Runa United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Niklas Sjöö was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 57 minutes Vae Victis!!'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Wictor Lundström who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Wictor Lundström almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Vae Victis!!'s Tiago Gabriel Cabral did a great save. Lauro Sarmento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vae Victis!!'s Tiago Gabriel Cabral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wictor Lundström in the 62nd minute of play. In the 64th minute Lauro Sarmento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eric Tinglöv saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eric Tinglöv showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dorian Neto in the 69th minute of the match. Jonathan de Queiroz's late challenge caught a Runa United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jonathan de Queiroz helped the player get up and apologised. After 71 played minutes Vae Victis!! got a freekick which was hit by Jonathan de Queiroz. Vae Victis!! made a substitution. Falcão Garcia replaced Vitório Pimenta. Jonathan de Queiroz hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. If Falcão Garcia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Runa United's Eric Tinglöv played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ezequiel Hermes in the 80th minute of play. The supporters of Vae Victis!! booed when Runa United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Richard Söderström didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 85 minutes Runa United's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Délio Tasso who took care of the corner kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Runa United's goalie and right to Bebeto Dantas. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Runa United's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Wictor Lundström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiago Gabriel Cabral having to interfere. Vae Victis!!'s Tiago Gabriel Cabral proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Vae Victis!! from getting a goal against them. Runa United were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Vae Victis!! to leave the ground with a draw.
