Tiago Gabriel Cabral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudiu Stelian in the 6th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vitório Pimenta got free with Ionică Mihaiu in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Vitório Pimenta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 15th minute, Vitório Pimenta left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vae Victis!! fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lauro Sarmento in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ionică Mihaiu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Mihnea Tomoiu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 27 played minutes Vae Victis!! got a freekick which was hit by Vitório Pimenta. If Claudiu Stelian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 31 minutes into the game, bullfinches's Claudiu Stelian nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tiago Gabriel Cabral made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Vitório Pimenta took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ionică Mihaiu. Ionică Mihaiu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. 38 minutes into the match, bullfinches's goalkeeper Ionică Mihaiu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vitório Pimenta. Vitório Pimenta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Ionică Mihaiu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.

The wind increased when Claudiu Stelian made the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Lauro Sarmento made a precise shot to the right of Ionică Mihaiu. bullfinches's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. In the 57th match minute, Vae Victis!! was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Délio Tasso to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Vitório Pimenta's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ionică Mihaiu was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. Ionică Mihaiu came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Vae Victis!!'s Lauro Sarmento. But to his dismay, Lauro Sarmento quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1. Ionică Mihaiu came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Vae Victis!!'s Vitório Pimenta. But to his dismay, Vitório Pimenta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-1. Vae Victis!! made a substitution. Falcão Garcia replaced Vitório Pimenta. Vae Victis!! made a substitution. Ezequiel Hermes replaced Ivo Domingues. Délio Tasso kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Vae Victis!! made a substitution. Bebeto Dantas replaced Dorian Neto. A collision led to Vae Victis!! getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Délio Tasso hit a great ball. 72 minutes into the match, Nae Morar sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Tiago Gabriel Cabral threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Nae Morar this time. Tiago Gabriel Cabral showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mihnea Tomoiu, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Falcão Garcia in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Mihnea Tomoiu managed to get in a good position for a shot. bullfinches's supporters rose to their feet, but Mihnea Tomoiu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tiago Gabriel Cabral breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Emilian Crușeveanu kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Délio Tasso took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 84th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ionică Mihaiu. bullfinches's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Ferdinand Luca made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 87thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Tiago Gabriel Cabral would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Narcis Banica kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. The Vae Victis!! fans' excitement grew in the 96th match minute when Vae Victis!!'s Falcão Garcia looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 8-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Vae Victis!!'s fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
