Lauro Sarmento received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Froilan Erlantz came out and tried to block the shot, but Lauro Sarmento slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 16th minute. After some careless play in the Vae Victis!! defense, Justino Benvide kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tiago Gabriel Cabral. The Vae Victis!! fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tiago Gabriel Cabral should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Vae Victis!! booed when LOS HUITOS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victorino Bibiano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vitório Pimenta's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 33rdth minute, Froilan Erlantz skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Froilan Erlantz made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Vitório Pimenta sent off a good shot on target. Froilan Erlantz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vitório Pimenta in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Froilan Erlantz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Froilan Erlantz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vitório Pimenta, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute.
