Christian Facchetti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnulfo Tancredo in the 12th minute of the match. Gu Zhou Xiao charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gu Zhou Xiao the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 13th minute, Gu Zhou Xiao hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Christian Facchetti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adilson Tepedino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner led JS 22's Alonzo Fernandes to fire away a dangerous shot which Christian Facchetti despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Adam Zieba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rodri Palacios scored 1-0 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jairo Elixio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A hard shot 37 in the game by Rodri Palacios from a close distance when the talented Jairo Elixio managed to make a qualified save. JS 22's players were relieved. An unexpectedly hard shot by Darío Cvitanich in the 44th minute of play forced Rossangeles's goalkeeper Christian Facchetti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Christian Facchetti came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by JS 22's Arnulfo Tancredo. But to his dismay, Arnulfo Tancredo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Darío Cvitanich to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Darío Cvitanich reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Christian Facchetti. The goal made the score 1-2. After 56 played minutes Rossangeles got a freekick which was hit by Ercole Fiori. Christian Facchetti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Darío Cvitanich, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. JS 22's Darío Cvitanich got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Rossangeles booed when JS 22 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marciano Madaleno didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 75th minute, Darío Cvitanich left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The JS 22 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-3. In the 79th match minute, Rossangeles was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giuseppe Bergomi to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Rossangeles getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Gu Zhou Xiao hit a great ball. The supporters of JS 22 booed when Rossangeles was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ercole Fiori didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arnulfo Tancredo got free with Christian Facchetti in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alonzo Fernandes's late challenge caught a Rossangeles's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alonzo Fernandes helped the player get up and apologised. In the 90th match minute, JS 22 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alonzo Fernandes to maneuver through the defense. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
