The audience thought a goal was coming when Ivo Domingues got free with Alcino Abrantes in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 17 minutes, Ivo Domingues made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. SANFINS VLP's Alcino Abrantes tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When Délio Tasso fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vae Victis!!'s protests and gave Délio Tasso a yellow card for diving instead. In the 21st match minute, Vae Victis!! was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Délio Tasso to maneuver through the defense. Tiago Gabriel Cabral showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexandre Godinho, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. SANFINS VLP's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Alexandre Godinho in the 26th minute. Vitório Pimenta in the 28thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Vitório Pimenta did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 3-0 to the left of a surprised Alcino Abrantes 39 minutes into the match. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vitório Pimenta made a kick off. After a rather tough play, SANFINS VLP's Albérico Ferrão got a free kick in the 51st minute. Délio Tasso took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 52nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Alcino Abrantes. SANFINS VLP's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The audience was convinced that Vitório Pimenta's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alcino Abrantes was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvano Veiga in the 94th minute of play forced Vae Victis!!'s goalkeeper Tiago Gabriel Cabral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vae Victis!! were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of SANFINS VLP for a fine match.
