Gualterio Gorosti made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After 19 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Vae Victis!!! In the 20th minute there was a penalty for venturinha F.C.. Hector Maraman stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Tiago Gabriel Cabral. 1-1. If Dorian Neto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Benjamin Enetz fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored venturinha F.C.'s protests and gave Benjamin Enetz a yellow card for diving instead. In the game's 32nd minute Vae Victis!!'s Délio Tasso took a hard shot from long distance, a kick which went into the net just to the right of Gualterio Gorosti and thus the score was 1-2. Lauro Sarmento scored 1-4 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gualterio Gorosti, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Benjamin Enetz made a kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Vae Victis!!'s Délio Tasso slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gualterio Gorosti. That made the score 1-7 after 59 minutes of play. Lauro Sarmento received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gualterio Gorosti came out and tried to block the shot, but Lauro Sarmento slotted it home off the left post making it 1-8 in the 62nd minute. Vae Victis!! made a substitution. Ivo Domingues replaced Natã Terra. Gualterio Gorosti was a little too slow when Lauro Sarmento got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 67th minute. The score was now 1-9. Vae Victis!!'s Falcão Garcia was substituted for Vitório Pimenta. venturinha F.C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 72nd minute, when Lauro Sarmento scored to the left of an out of position Gualterio Gorosti, making the score, 1-10. Vae Victis!!'s Ezequiel Hermes was substituted for Dorian Neto. Falcão Garcia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Gualterio Gorosti made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Amadeo Tonete during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Amadeo Tonete kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Ezequiel Hermes received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to venturinha F.C. getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Amadeo Tonete hit a great ball. The supporters of Vae Victis!! booed when venturinha F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benjamin Enetz didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match clock showed 91 minutes, the score became 1-12 when Falcão Garcia sped through venturinha F.C.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gualterio Gorosti. In the 94th minute, Lauro Sarmento ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gualterio Gorosti was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-13. Falcão Garcia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gualterio Gorosti having to interfere. Vae Victis!!'s fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
