The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 6 played minutes Carnot got a freekick which was hit by Gonzalo Pedro. Carnot's Nando Torralbo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Carnot from getting a goal against them. Nando Torralbo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Kenneth Lundberg showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 11 minute of play. 14 minutes into the game, Lucas Beltrán recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Nando Torralbo. Lucas Beltrán showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. In the 16th match minute, Carnot was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chico Carabajo to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Niklas Ekerot kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Nando Torralbo. That made the score 4-0 in the 18 minute of play. Carnot's defense didn't have a chance, in the 21st minute, when Niklas Ekerot scored to the left of an out of position Nando Torralbo, making the score, 5-0. Nando Torralbo made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Roland Rosendahl sent off a good shot on target. Carnot's Nando Torralbo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucas Beltrán in the 27th minute of play. In the 29th minute Hjalmar Petersson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nando Torralbo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Carnot's goalie and right to Kenneth Lundberg. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Carnot's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. After 33 played minutes Jan Smolarek rounded Carnot's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 6-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucas Beltrán in the 39th minute of play forced Carnot's goalkeeper Nando Torralbo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carnot's Nando Torralbo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hjalmar Petersson in the 40th minute of play. After some careless play in the Carnot defense, Jan Smolarek kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nando Torralbo. The Carnot fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nando Torralbo should have stopped the shot. Carnot's Nando Torralbo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Carnot from getting a goal against them. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Jan Smolarek made the kick off in the second half. Nando Torralbo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lucas Beltrán went, in the 51st minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. In the 58th minute Jan Smolarek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nando Torralbo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 59 minutes into the match, Roland Rosendahl had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nando Torralbo. Carnot's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Roland Rosendahl was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 10-0. 66 minutes into the match, Andy Eklund had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nando Torralbo. Nando Torralbo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 12-0. Andy Eklund scored 14-0 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nando Torralbo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Nando Torralbo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lucas Beltrán went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 15-0 was the resulting score. Roland Rosendahl blasted a shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nando Torralbo having to make a save. Chico Carabajo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 16-0 became the score in the 89th minute when Jan Smolarek elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Jan Smolarek managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vetevendosje FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jan Smolarek was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nando Torralbo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 94th minute, Andy Eklund ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nando Torralbo was frozen by the shot and now it was 17-0. Vetevendosje FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
