Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Magno Aparecido kicked off to start the match. Bernardo Leiria took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Magno Aparecido, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind SLB TELHA's goalkeeper Bernardo Leiria, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Minho FC's attentive Vladimiro Gago managed to snatch the ball when Tiago Rebocho made a throw-in in the 6th minute of the game. Bernardo Leiria came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Minho FC's Magno Aparecido. But to his dismay, Magno Aparecido quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Magno Aparecido in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bernardo Leiria saved SLB TELHA from getting behind. Bernardo Leiria showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Magno Aparecido in the 20th minute of the match. Rowan Dobson kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. In the 28th minute, Magno Aparecido left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Minho FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. After 33 minutes, Vladimiro Gago mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Minho FC and the SLB TELHA players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Minho FC getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Vladimiro Gago hit a great ball. 35 minutes into the match, Minho FC's Magno Aparecido sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bernardo Leiria narrowly saved just below the crossbar. André Figueiredo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulo Bezerra in the 36th minute of play. Bernardo Leiria came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Minho FC's Magno Aparecido. But to his dismay, Magno Aparecido quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Bernardo Leiria showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Magno Aparecido, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. In the 44th minute Minho FC were awarded a corner. Yu Ran Zhen went to the cornerflag to take it. After the first half Minho FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Valério Vilaça was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Minho FC's goal looked a bit too open when Valério Vilaça came free, but André Figueiredo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Minho FC's André Figueiredo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Ribas in the 52nd minute of play. In the 55th match minute, Minho FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rowan Dobson to maneuver through the defense. 62 minutes into the match, SLB TELHA's goal looked a bit too open when Magno Aparecido came free, but Bernardo Leiria reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Minho FC made a substitution. Antero Mendes replaced Salah el Din Khan. Minho FC's André Figueiredo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valério Vilaça in the 69th minute of play. André Figueiredo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulo Bezerra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 78 minutes, Valério Vilaça managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SLB TELHA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valério Vilaça was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 83rd minute Valério Vilaça shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but André Figueiredo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cláudio Santiago made in the 90th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by SLB TELHA's Luís Ribas. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hélder Soveral got free with Bernardo Leiria in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Minho FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Minho FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
