MEXACOMX's Fryderyk Gierlach quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Patrício Dias, made in the 17th minute of the game. 19 minutes into the game, MEXACOMX's Ricardo Guerra nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jon Oblak made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ricardo Guerra in the 23rd minute of play forced Andarilhos's goalkeeper Jon Oblak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 25th minute of the match MEXACOMX got a corner. Andarilhos's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Julio-César Romo-Leroux ran over to the corner to take the kick. Maurício Meireles was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. The audience was convinced that Fu Han Qiang's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Januário Rangel was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. Jon Oblak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ricardo Guerra in the 30th minute of the match. 32 minutes into the game, Ricardo Guerra cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. The Andarilhos players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. MEXACOMX were winning 0-2.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Antony Bruno to strike the kick off in the second half. Patrício Dias made in the 55th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by MEXACOMX's Giannis Kouretzis. In the 56th match minute, Andarilhos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Idalécio Fontes to maneuver through the defense. Jon Oblak made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Julio-César Romo-Leroux sent off a good shot on target. But to his dismay, Jarbas Pinheiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2.
