Adrian Txindoki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valério Vilaça, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adrian Txindoki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo Bezerra in the 7th minute of the match. In the 10th minute Paulo Bezerra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adrian Txindoki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 13 played minutes Viseu United got a freekick which was hit by Gerwin Dongen. Amado Salazar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bernardo Leiria read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by David Moreira during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Paulo Bezerra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 24 minutes into the match, Viseu United's goal looked a bit too open when Valério Vilaça came free, but Adrian Txindoki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adrian Txindoki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valério Vilaça in the 24th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Viseu United's zone, Luís Ribas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adrian Txindoki came out of the goal and Luís Ribas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amado Salazar in the 35th minute of play forced SLB TELHA's goalkeeper Bernardo Leiria to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 36th minute Viseu United were awarded a corner. Adalberto Marquez went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Viseu United's Adalberto Marquez to fire away a dangerous shot which Bernardo Leiria despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 39 minutes into the match, Viseu United's goal looked a bit too open when Luís Ribas came free, but Adrian Txindoki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Bezerra in the 43rd minute of play forced Viseu United's goalkeeper Adrian Txindoki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adrian Txindoki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulo Bezerra, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute.

In the 57th match minute, SLB TELHA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luís Ribas to maneuver through the defense. Viseu United made a substitution. Ziemowit Gdowski replaced Amado Salazar. Paulo Bezerra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 66th minute, Teobald Jekot had to leave the field with a concussion. Adelino Santos's late challenge caught a Viseu United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adelino Santos helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Viseu United booed when SLB TELHA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adelino Santos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Viseu United made a substitution. Aprígio Lousada replaced Matias Pegado. Viseu United's Valter Bentes was substituted for David Moreira. In the 67th minute, Adelino Santos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bernardo Leiria showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ziemowit Gdowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Adrian Txindoki made an important save on a dangerous shot by Valério Vilaça in the 69th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Valério Vilaça in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Adrian Txindoki saved Viseu United from getting behind. Valério Vilaça sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Adrian Txindoki made an important save on a dangerous shot by Valério Vilaça in the 75th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Valério Vilaça in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adrian Txindoki prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 87 minutes, Paulo Bezerra managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SLB TELHA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Paulo Bezerra was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Viseu United's Gerwin Dongen got a free kick in the 95th minute. Viseu United's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
