He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Matos Velhos reached it. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Heigo Luiga in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Duarte Duarte saved CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land from getting behind. Mike van Kampen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Golo Duarte in the 54th minute of play. In the 55th minute Golo Duarte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mike van Kampen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mike van Kampen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Radul Tishev in the 58th minute of the match. Mike van Kampen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radul Tishev in the 58th minute of play. Matos Velhos's Joaquim Delgado got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Duarte Duarte made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Henrique Candal sent off a good shot on target. 72 minutes into the game, CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's Pablo Vegetti nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mike van Kampen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Duarte Duarte made an important save on a dangerous shot by Henrique Candal in the 77th minute. Mike van Kampen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pablo Vegetti in the 80th minute of the match.
