VB-Team's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Adriano Vale was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Shao Kun Yuan in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Máximo Azeredo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Vasco Silveira kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Joaquim de Barros made the kick off in the second half. Avelino Cunha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adriano Vale, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. 58 minutes into the match, VB-Team's goal looked a bit too open when Adriano Vale came free, but Avelino Cunha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vasco Silveira ran back to his position shaking his head. After some careless play in the VB-Team defense, Santiago Mora kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Avelino Cunha. The VB-Team fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Avelino Cunha should have stopped the shot. Adriano Vale might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Avelino Cunha. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Adriano Vale ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Santiago Mora managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ɍυƒυs™'s supporters rose to their feet, but Santiago Mora was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Avelino Cunha breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Máximo Azeredo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gervásio Severiano in the 89th minute of the match.
