Estação F.C's Severino Vergílio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Estação F.C from getting a goal against them. A sloppy throw-in by Alex Gomes in the 17th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Three Lions FC's Kajetan Filanowski. With a little luck, Estação F.C's Severino Vergílio got control of the ball when Gunnar Ekeroth tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 21st match minute, Estação F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnaldo Félix to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers George Messi in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Severino Vergílio saved Estação F.C from getting behind. In the 24th minute of the match Three Lions FC got a corner. Estação F.C's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. George Lukaku ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in George Lukaku almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Estação F.C's Severino Vergílio did a great save. George Buffon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Falcão Albuquerque, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Malte Örtendahl in the 30th minute of play forced Three Lions FC's goalkeeper George Buffon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Severino Vergílio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from George De Bruyne in the 32nd minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, Three Lions FC's George Messi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Severino Vergílio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. George Buffon came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Estação F.C's Falcão Albuquerque. But to his dismay, Falcão Albuquerque quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Malte Örtendahl made a kick off. George Buffon made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Falcão Albuquerque sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Three Lions FC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. George Stones hit a great ball. George Messi struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Severino Vergílio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Three Lions FC. The throw-in from Arnaldo Félix in the 64th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Three Lions FC's George De Bruyne. Estação F.C's Severino Vergílio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by George Messi in the 65th minute of play. In the 67th minute George Messi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Severino Vergílio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gunnar Ekeroth received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Severino Vergílio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Estação F.C's Eliseu Cabral was substituted for Belmiro Figueiredo. George Buffon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Malte Örtendahl, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. In the 79th minute Malte Örtendahl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but George Buffon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Estação F.C made a substitution. Valdomiro Couto replaced Arnaldo Félix. Estação F.C were awarded a corner in the 81th minute after Three Lions FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Falcão Albuquerque took the corner. After taking down the ball on Estação F.C's corner Falcão Albuquerque fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and George Buffon quite easily take care of the ball. Severino Vergílio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gunnar Ekeroth in the 85th minute of play. After 87 played minutes Estação F.C got a freekick which was hit by Maurício Tróia. After 89 minutes, Benito McRae mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Three Lions FC and the Estação F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 89 played minutes Three Lions FC got a freekick which was hit by Benito McRae. George Buffon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Malte Örtendahl, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. The Three Lions FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Estação F.C's performance. The match ended with a win for Estação F.C.
