Marcelinho Hermes might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fan Guang Lin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marcelinho Hermes ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 26th minute Marcelinho Hermes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fan Guang Lin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Eugênio Recife managed to avoid a goal in the 30thth minute, when C.R Perhaps's Erubiel Pacorro fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Milan da Freguesia F.C.'s Eugênio Recife played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sílvio de Senna in the 32nd minute of play. Eugênio Recife took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sílvio de Senna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 41st minute Feng Qi Cheng shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugênio Recife saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Milan da Freguesia F.C. walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
