Thanks to some nice moves Washington Lira could shoot a difficult shot in the 4th minute, which Giuseppe Veiga however easily saved by the left post. The audience was convinced that Washington Lira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Giuseppe Veiga was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. When DENVER™'s Washington Lira in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Giuseppe Veiga was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Washington Lira got free with Giuseppe Veiga in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 28 played minutes Washington Lira rounded ☯S̴K̴Y̴ ̴D̴R̴A̴G̴O̴N̴S̴™☯'s defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. If Washington Lira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 35 minutes into the match, ☯S̴K̴Y̴ ̴D̴R̴A̴G̴O̴N̴S̴™☯'s goal looked a bit too open when Washington Lira came free, but Giuseppe Veiga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Rui Furlan fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ☯S̴K̴Y̴ ̴D̴R̴A̴G̴O̴N̴S̴™☯'s protests and gave Rui Furlan a yellow card for diving instead. Washington Lira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Giuseppe Veiga made a huge save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rui Furlan to strike the kick off in the second half. Washington Lira took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Giuseppe Veiga. Giuseppe Veiga dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Washington Lira scored 5-0 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Giuseppe Veiga, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Lauro Pires kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Giuseppe Veiga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Washington Lira in the 66th minute of the match. In the 68th minute Washington Lira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giuseppe Veiga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 70 minutes, Washington Lira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DENVER™'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Washington Lira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Giuseppe Veiga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Washington Lira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tomé Garcia charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tomé Garcia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, ☯S̴K̴Y̴ ̴D̴R̴A̴G̴O̴N̴S̴™☯'s Tomé Garcia got a free kick in the 74th minute. DENVER™ made a substitution. Délio Campidelis replaced Washington Lira. Tomé Garcia hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Giuseppe Veiga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Délio Campidelis, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. A collision led to ☯S̴K̴Y̴ ̴D̴R̴A̴G̴O̴N̴S̴™☯ getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Jaime Arantes hit a great ball. 80 minutes into the game, DENVER™'s Délio Campidelis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Giuseppe Veiga made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. In the 83rdth minute of the game Délio Campidelis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ☯S̴K̴Y̴ ̴D̴R̴A̴G̴O̴N̴S̴™☯'s Giuseppe Veiga was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Giuseppe Veiga showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 97 minutes, Délio Campidelis put it in 9-0 from a short distance just to the right of Giuseppe Veiga. There was no doubt that DENVER™ were the better team. DENVER™'s players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
