With a left leg Lucas De Gea saved Club Sacode Football CIMZ from getting behind. 18 minutes had been played when some careless play by Club Sacode Football CIMZ's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Carter Leggeri was slow to take the kick. During this time Batalhão do Peçanha's players had a chance to rest. Batalhão do Peçanha's Carter Leggeri was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Lucas De Gea in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Club Sacode Football CIMZ's Lucas De Gea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Epaminondas Baba in the 21st minute of play. Batalhão do Peçanha's attentive Epaminondas Baba managed to snatch the ball when Gao Jie Bing made a throw-in in the 24th minute of the game. Lucas De Gea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pranas Užkuraitis in the 29th minute of the match. Gao Jie Bing kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Pranas Užkuraitis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lucas De Gea having to make a save. After 33 played minutes Club Sacode Football CIMZ got a freekick which was hit by Gao Jie Bing. Lucas De Gea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pranas Užkuraitis in the 34th minute of play. In the 36th minute Batalhão do Peçanha were awarded a corner. Carter Leggeri went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in Arnaldo Tróia heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. After 39 played minutes Club Sacode Football CIMZ got a freekick which was hit by Gao Jie Bing. Lucas De Gea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zé Pedro Baptista in the 41st minute of play. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pranas Užkuraitis made a kick off. Batalhão do Peçanha's Eppo Pollmann managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Dino Botelho in the 51 minute of the game. Gao Jie Bing made in the 56th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Alberto Velasco immediately put the ball in play. Lucas De Gea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pranas Užkuraitis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 59th minute Douglas Nunes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petr Čech saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The throw-in from Gao Jie Bing in the 68th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Batalhão do Peçanha's Epaminondas Baba. 72 minutes into the match, Club Sacode Football CIMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Pranas Užkuraitis came free, but Lucas De Gea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 74th minute of the match Batalhão do Peçanha got a corner. Club Sacode Football CIMZ's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Carter Leggeri ran over to the corner to take the kick. Zé Pedro Baptista made a great header on Batalhão do Peçanha's corner, it was just that Club Sacode Football CIMZ's Lucas De Gea managed to reach the ball for a save. If Pranas Užkuraitis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gao Jie Bing made in the 79th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Krystian Orzechowski however managed to control. The supporters of Club Sacode Football CIMZ booed when Batalhão do Peçanha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position.
