Nicolae Ceaușescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfredo Martins, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. German Cano made a great header on Marquês de Herval's corner, it was just that Master Champion BMX Flat's Nicolae Ceaușescu managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 19th minute, Tobiasz Rostow made a precise shot to the right of Dida Taffarel. Marquês de Herval's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. 22 minutes into the match, Master Champion BMX Flat's goal looked a bit too open when Nestor Paraibano came free, but Nicolae Ceaușescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 24 minutes, Nicolae Ceaușescu successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Sílvio Ferraz kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the match, Master Champion BMX Flat's goal looked a bit too open when Alfredo Martins came free, but Nicolae Ceaușescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 30 minutes into the match, Master Champion BMX Flat's goalkeeper Nicolae Ceaușescu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nestor Paraibano. A collision led to Marquês de Herval getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Gaston Gonzalez hit a great ball. In the 36th minute Tobiasz Rostow shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dida Taffarel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nicolae Ceaușescu was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Nestor Paraibano showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 38 minute of play. A throw-in in the 40th minute of the game was made by Pedro Luís da Rocha with Selami Rezan as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Through an outstanding action, after 41 minutes, Nicolae Ceaușescu successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The crowd rose to their feet as Alfredo Martins kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Nicolae Ceaușescu. That made the score 2-3 in the 42 minute of play. Nicolae Ceaușescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from German Cano in the 46th minute of play. Disappointed in the 2-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Alfredo Martins made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Marquês de Herval getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Gaston Gonzalez hit a great ball. Dida Taffarel was a little too slow when Matei Corona got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 52nd minute. The score was now 2-4. When Matei Corona came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Master Champion BMX Flat fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Matei Corona couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nestor Paraibano in the 57th minute of play forced Master Champion BMX Flat's goalkeeper Nicolae Ceaușescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Matei Corona came free with the goalkeeper in the 60th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Dida Taffarel could save by the left post. In the 63rd minute of the match Pedro Luís da Rocha sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nicolae Ceaușescu skillfully saved the ball. With a little luck, Marquês de Herval's Dida Taffarel got control of the ball when Matei Corona tried to sneak it across the goal line. 67 minutes into the match, Marquês de Herval's goal looked a bit too open when Tobiasz Rostow came free, but Dida Taffarel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marquês de Herval's Dida Taffarel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tobiasz Rostow in the 75th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nestor Paraibano in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nicolae Ceaușescu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 82 minutes into the match, Master Champion BMX Flat's goal looked a bit too open when Alfredo Martins came free, but Nicolae Ceaușescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nicolae Ceaușescu came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Marquês de Herval's Nestor Paraibano. But to his dismay, Nestor Paraibano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-4. Marquês de Herval made a substitution. Acácio Cunha replaced Valentin Vizitiu. In the 91st minute, Tobiasz Rostow got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Master Champion BMX Flat's Matei Corona got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 94 minutes into the match, Marquês de Herval's goal looked a bit too open when 胡峰阳 came free, but Dida Taffarel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jair Bostan kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. If Matei Corona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Master Champion BMX Flat's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
