After some careless play in the Ligeiro F.C defense, Luizão Castro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hamílton Chaves. The Ligeiro F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hamílton Chaves should have stopped the shot. When Robert Serwacki came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the ☆ PERÓXIDOS ☆ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Robert Serwacki couldn't finish the play. Hamílton Chaves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luizão Castro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ligeiro F.C's Hamílton Chaves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luizão Castro in the 22nd minute of play. In the 23rd minute of the match ☆ PERÓXIDOS ☆ got a corner. Ligeiro F.C's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Robert Serwacki ran over to the corner to take the kick. Hamílton Chaves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luizão Castro in the 25th minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, Luizão Castro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hamílton Chaves. Ligeiro F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luizão Castro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. ☆ PERÓXIDOS ☆'s Guilherme Zanette played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Betinho Trancoso in the 38th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luizão Castro in the 45th minute of play forced Ligeiro F.C's goalkeeper Hamílton Chaves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Adelino Ramalho made the kick off in the second half. Luizão Castro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hamílton Chaves read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by André Luís Zanette in the 61st minute of play forced Ligeiro F.C's goalkeeper Hamílton Chaves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hamílton Chaves was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but André Luís Zanette showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 66 minute of play. Hamílton Chaves made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. After a defensive mix-up in Ligeiro F.C's zone, André Luís Zanette stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hamílton Chaves came out of the goal and André Luís Zanette tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 93 minutes of play, ☆ PERÓXIDOS ☆'s André Luís Zanette made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hamílton Chaves was left in no man's land by his defense there!
