With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jerônimo da Cunha prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Atacan Rahim fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Elite™- FC Galácticos's protests and gave Atacan Rahim a yellow card for diving instead. Atacan Rahim hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Roy Makaay got free with Jerônimo da Cunha in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nenko Reza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fri Spel in the 26th minute of play. After 27 minutes Villaverde Celeste Clube's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Nikos Kladogennis who took care of the corner kick. Luiz Paulo Seco struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Nenko Reza didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Elite™- FC Galácticos. After 40 played minutes Elite™- FC Galácticos got a freekick which was hit by Felipe Muñoz. Zeledon Vachon hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match.
