After some careless play in the Toa Toa 4EVER defense, Luiz Paulo Seco kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Túlio Silva. The Toa Toa 4EVER fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Túlio Silva should have stopped the shot. Jerônimo da Cunha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Deivid Galvão in the 40th minute of the match. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Elite™- FC Galácticos's goalkeeper Jerônimo da Cunha, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Deivid Galvão fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Toa Toa 4EVER's protests and gave Deivid Galvão a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Toa Toa 4EVER getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Deivid Galvão hit a great ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nikos Kladogennis was the one to do the kick off.
