The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some careless play in the Laranja EC defense, Valdomiro Matos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Romário Dantas. The Laranja EC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Romário Dantas should have stopped the shot. 8 minutes into the game, Pó de DiaManTe FMZ 4ÉVER's Valdomiro Matos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Romário Dantas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. 13 minutes into the match, Valdomiro Matos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Romário Dantas. Laranja EC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Valdomiro Matos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Valdomiro Matos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Valdomiro Matos came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Pó de DiaManTe FMZ 4ÉVER fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Valdomiro Matos couldn't finish the play. Romário Dantas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Valdomiro Matos's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. Romário Dantas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valdomiro Matos in the 24th minute of play. Valdomiro Matos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Romário Dantas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. After 30 minutes, Valdomiro Matos made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. Laranja EC's Romário Dantas tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Valdomiro Matos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Romário Dantas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valdomiro Matos in the 44th minute of the match. Romário Dantas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valdomiro Matos, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when João Vítor Dante stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 51 minutes, Roegelio Igual took a quick shot and it went in 0-5 without a chance for Romário Dantas to make any attempt to save it. After 60 minutes of play, Pó de DiaManTe FMZ 4ÉVER's Armando Jacinto made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Romário Dantas was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Pó de DiaManTe FMZ 4ÉVER's Valdomiro Matos in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Laranja EC's goalie prevented a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Valdomiro Matos in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Romário Dantas saved Laranja EC from getting behind. Pó de DiaManTe FMZ 4ÉVER's Marino Montrelle was substituted for Armando Jacinto. Augusto Consalvi did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-9 to the left of a surprised Romário Dantas 73 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Augusto Consalvi in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Romário Dantas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd rose to their feet as Vladimir Moskvin kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Romário Dantas. That made the score 0-10 in the 76 minute of play. After 79 minutes, Armandinho Pernambucano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Laranja EC and the Pó de DiaManTe FMZ 4ÉVER players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Pó de DiaManTe FMZ 4ÉVER booed when Laranja EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Armandinho Pernambucano didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Pó de DiaManTe FMZ 4ÉVER's Augusto Consalvi in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. This resulted in a 0-11 score and a disappointed Romário Dantas as he didn't even see the shot coming. Vladimir Moskvin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romário Dantas having to interfere. Vladimir Moskvin struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Romário Dantas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pó de DiaManTe FMZ 4ÉVER. Romário Dantas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Augusto Consalvi in the 88th minute of the match. Laranja EC's Romário Dantas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Laranja EC from getting a goal against them. In the 91st minute, Marino Montrelle reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Romário Dantas. The goal made the score 0-12. 94 minutes into the match, Augusto Consalvi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Romário Dantas. Laranja EC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Augusto Consalvi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-13.
