Spectators: 510 (Terracing: 383, Seating: 117, VIP seats: 10) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Goizeder Parserises kicked off to start the match. A collision led to San Lorenzo de Sarandi getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Braulio Sandaili hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ceferino Cuervo in the 10th minute of play forced Fire Breathers FC's goalkeeper André Sander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Txurio Cardigondi got free with Eusebio Fe in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 20 minutes into the match, San Lorenzo de Sarandi's goalkeeper Eusebio Fe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Txurio Cardigondi. Eusebio Fe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Goizeder Parserises in the 25th minute of play. After having played for 29 minutes, Ceferino Cuervo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. San Lorenzo de Sarandi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ceferino Cuervo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Osmundo Careaga got free with Eusebio Fe in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Eusebio Fe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Goizeder Parserises, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Fire Breathers FC's Txurio Cardigondi slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Eusebio Fe. That made the score 1-0 after 48 minutes of play.

The wind increased when Ceferino Cuervo made the kick off in the second half. Eusebio Fe stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aquilino Ocomardia's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. Romildo Lombillo got a throw-in 60 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Txurio Cardigondi. After 60 minutes, Emanuel Maria mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the San Lorenzo de Sarandi and the Fire Breathers FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 60 played minutes San Lorenzo de Sarandi got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Maria. An unexpectedly hard shot by Txurio Cardigondi in the 61st minute of play forced San Lorenzo de Sarandi's goalkeeper Eusebio Fe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. San Lorenzo de Sarandi's Delmar Ostadar was substituted for Juan Sergi. Osmundo Careaga hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Dario Hermon managed to get in a good position for a shot. San Lorenzo de Sarandi's supporters rose to their feet, but Dario Hermon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. André Sander breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 67 minutes into the match, San Lorenzo de Sarandi's goal looked a bit too open when Txurio Cardigondi came free, but Eusebio Fe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 71st minute Aquilino Ocomardia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eusebio Fe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The San Lorenzo de Sarandi fans' excitement grew in the 73rd match minute when San Lorenzo de Sarandi's Delmar Ostadar looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 77 minutes into the game, Delmar Ostadar recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of André Sander. Delmar Ostadar showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. André Sander was a little too slow when Delmar Ostadar got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 81st minute. The score was now 1-3. Uriel Cuervo kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. 88 minutes into the game, Txurio Cardigondi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Eusebio Fe was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

The San Lorenzo de Sarandi supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing San Lorenzo de Sarandi would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
