If Hipolito Ospin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 29th match minute, Cangallo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hipolito Ospin to maneuver through the defense. Alvaro Frasca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Modesto Rey tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 91st minute, Cangallo FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Attilio Schiavoni fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Carlo Improta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Modesto Rey having to interfere. Modesto Rey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alvaro Frasca in the 96th minute of the match.
