An unexpectedly hard shot by Yens Iansens in the 9th minute of play forced Academia B.F.'s goalkeeper Belmiro Godoi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Belmiro Godoi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Geoffry Borginions, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 13 minutes into the match, Adolf Cappelsmans dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Belmiro Godoi, 2-0. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Yens Iansens made a kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Dutch Rebels's Geoffry Borginions nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Belmiro Godoi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0.
