Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Clube Atlético Luziense's Luciano Rodrigues started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Clube Atlético Luziense booed when Dutch Rebels was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Serge De Kerpel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luciano Rodrigues received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Adam Vermeiren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Délio Loyola kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Clube Atlético Luziense's Bernardinho Dante got a free kick in the 8th minute. Yens Iansens received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jairo Fonseca came out and tried to block the shot, but Yens Iansens slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 11th minute. In the 13th minute, Gerson Furlan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 14th minute, Dutch Rebels's Yens Iansens ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jairo Fonseca. Jairo Fonseca yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Adolf Cappelsmans received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jairo Fonseca came out and tried to block the shot, but Adolf Cappelsmans slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 18th minute. Adam Vermeiren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geraldo de Sena in the 21st minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Clube Atlético Luziense's goal looked a bit too open when Yens Iansens came free, but Jairo Fonseca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Clube Atlético Luziense getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Celso de Amaral hit a great ball. Dutch Rebels's Adam Vermeiren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luciano Rodrigues in the 36th minute of play. After some careless play in the Dutch Rebels defense, Durval Luz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Adam Vermeiren. The Dutch Rebels fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Adam Vermeiren should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Clube Atlético Luziense's Maurinho Luz got a free kick in the 45th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-2 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Yens Iansens was the one to do the kick off. Jairo Fonseca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yens Iansens, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. In the 54th minute, Durval Luz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 61st minute, Dutch Rebels's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Geraldo de Sena fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Adam Vermeiren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luciano Rodrigues, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 66th minute Serge De Kerpel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jairo Fonseca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jairo Fonseca came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Dutch Rebels's Serge De Kerpel. But to his dismay, Serge De Kerpel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. If Flavinho Luz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 80 minutes into the match, Dutch Rebels's goalkeeper Adam Vermeiren had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Geraldo de Sena. In the 83rd minute of the match Flavinho Luz shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Adam Vermeiren showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Adam Vermeiren made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luciano Rodrigues in the 84th minute. Geraldo de Sena kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match.
