Ferit Boğatekin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Deilmison van Basten in the 4th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eduardo Paes in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rodriguinho Sousa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. ATHLETICO PRaiano's Betão Marquez quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Ponciano Olea, made in the 9th minute of the game. After 15 played minutes AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ got a freekick which was hit by Ponciano Olea. Ferit Boğatekin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Deilmison van Basten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 23rd minute of the match AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ got a corner. ATHLETICO PRaiano's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Controller Junel ran over to the corner to take the kick. 24 minutes into the match, AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ's Rahmad Lunggana sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rodriguinho Sousa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, ATHLETICO PRaiano's Gu Zhan Cheng got a free kick in the 27th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rahmad Lunggana in the 28th minute of play forced ATHLETICO PRaiano's goalkeeper Rodriguinho Sousa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Deilmison van Basten blasted a shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ferit Boğatekin having to make a save. In the 34th minute Deilmison van Basten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ferit Boğatekin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 35th minute, Gu Zhan Cheng hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rahmad Lunggana hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ's Ferit Boğatekin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Deilmison van Basten in the 38th minute of play. Rodriguinho Sousa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benedito Duarte in the 41st minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Rahmad Lunggana got free with Rodriguinho Sousa in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 62 played minutes ATHLETICO PRaiano got a freekick which was hit by Gu Zhan Cheng. In the 63rd match minute, ATHLETICO PRaiano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gu Zhan Cheng to maneuver through the defense. ATHLETICO PRaiano's Rodriguinho Sousa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save ATHLETICO PRaiano from getting a goal against them. AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ's Eduardo Paes managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Gaétan Govou in the 86 minute of the game. Denílson Magalhães recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, ATHLETICO PRaiano's Gaétan Govou got a free kick in the 94th minute. ATHLETICO PRaiano's Rodriguinho Sousa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save ATHLETICO PRaiano from getting a goal against them. AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
