The audience was convinced that Valdo Veloso's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Magno Correia was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. Dave Panno's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Fabrício Negri firmly grabbed it by the left post. With a little luck, Dinamo Colorado's Fabrício Negri got control of the ball when Dave Panno tried to sneak it across the goal line. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dave Panno in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fabrício Negri saved Dinamo Colorado from getting behind. Mamutes EC's Magno Correia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rüknettin Boğatekin in the 39th minute of play. Fabrício Negri made a fantastic save in the 48th minute, when Dave Panno sent off a good shot on target. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Valdo Veloso made a kick off.
